| Terms & Conditions | The booking form, duly signed by the tenant, is a contract between the owners of the property and the tenant and the contract is made when the owner issues a confirmation of booking. When a booking confirmation is issued and booking is confirmed, the tenant is responsible for the total rent. We cannot offer Cancellation Protection Insurance, tenants must make their own insurance arrangements. A deposit of one third of rent is needed to confirm a booking, followed by full payment 56 days before arrival, OR, if booking within 56 days, full payment is due at booking. Property is available from 3.00pm on arrival day and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, unless agreed otherwise. |
The property must be left cleaned by the tenant prior to departure and the tenant is responsible for any damage or breakages. The owners shall not be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage sustained by the tenant, their party or property, however caused. If for any unforeseen reason the property is not available for rent
on the booked dates, all rent will be refunded, but the tenant shall
have no further claim against the owners. |
